Thank you very much for your understanding. 1. Guests will be charged in full for any damages or violations of the house rules below. 2. Guests must be 21+ years of age to make a reservation. 3. Check-in starts at 4 pm. Checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses. 4. Guests are typically not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Please contact us if you're booking within your city. 5. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including in private balconies and shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a 1000 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages. THIS IS A SMOKE FREE COMPLEX. If you want to smoke it must be 15 feet from the building. 6. Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. 7.If you are planning to bring a pet: the pet fee must be paid upon booking the reservation. Failure to do so will result in a $200 pet fee charge. 8. Guests are responsible for covering the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. 9. Noise detecting technology may be used inside the guest space to monitor excessive noise levels. 10. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities. 11. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses and may be removed from the property. 12. Please double-check your belongings before checking out. Any items left behind in the unit may be discarded by our cleaning team, as we cannot guarantee their storage or return.
