There is shared parking connected to the condo building, but if you don't bring a car, this area is walkable and Ubers/Lyfts are readily available & affordable to get you where you need to go. You are 4 min walking distance to a Kroger for groceries as well as endless shopping & restaurant options along 21st Ave. / Hillsboro Village. Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times. Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm. All animals must be approved in advance of your booking. $75 pet fee and they must be added to your reservation. Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds. Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit. No loud noise at nighttime. This is a residential building, please respect the neighbors! NO Smoking of any kind NO Parties NO Confetti or taping anything to the walls NO flushing anything down the toilet besides toilet paper Once you've booked with us, we ask that you keep all communication within this platform.
