The Nash

First day, we had to call for clean towels, they had not touch our room all day. Then had to ask for more coffee.

Hotel under construction w pool not available. Should not have to pay experience fee. Staff were excellent. Toilet paper in very awkward location

Reservations were made in October 2025, no one informed me that the pool was closed for repair until May. We purposely booked a reservation here to use the pool as Seattle and Oregon are raining this time of year. That was disappointing given how long ago it was paid for. We were out Thursday evening and returned at 11:30 pm and the water was turned off. I spoke to your front desk, they were supposed to credit all experience and taxes for the subpar amenities paid for and not received. When we checked out, all of the charges were still included. Communication was terrible

Hotel is great. Only complaint is they have an awesome mini bar in the room but no ice machines on the floor. Didn’t really want a hot mixed drink. They did offer to bring ice to us. Think they’d sell more alcohol in room if ice was available. Would stay here again though. Close to the ryman for a concert

The hotel (we know it as Bobby’s) was near to the centre it’s Nashville and had a great roof top bar, outdoor cafe area, super room and great concierge, do be ready to pay $60 dollars for your car to be parked, other than that it was a great location and place to stay.

The stay was overall acceptable, but there were a few important issues that affected my experience. The room had very poor lighting, which was uncomfortable for me. Additionally, the room was not properly prepared for two guests — towels, bathrobes, and other essentials were provided for only one person. The biggest inconvenience was the lack of a bathroom fan, which made the bathroom uncomfortable to use. These are basic details that I believe should be improved to ensure a better guest experience.

Room was lovely and staff in the ground floor cafe were very accommodating. Valet staff were also very friendly and quick, always holding doors open for us on entry and exit. However we weren’t told that rooms don’t get serviced everyday, so our 2nd night we had no fresh towels, beds made or water and coffee, we contacted the front desk to ask for fresh towels, who were very rude in response. We also didn’t have a flag for the door to say we wanted our room made up, which we told reception but they never gave us one, so we had to then say to reception each morning that we wanted the room made up. When the room did get made up on our 3rd and 4th night, coffee creamer, sugar and stirrers never got replaced, and bathroom was not wiped down. Front desk staff were unfriendly and unaccommodating for a hotel of this value and star rating. We were really looking forward to this trip in a special hotel, it was disappointing to have such simple issues that could have been solved easily.

We enjoyed the Nash hotel. It was clean, comfortable and in a great location!
