Mint House Nashville - Hillsboro Village

Mint was absolutely perfect! Clean and modern, amazing location, great price, secure parking and entry into the building and your room. It was the perfect place to go on our first vacation without our child, and none of the headache of a hotel.

The apartment was close in the heart of Hillsboro Village with lots of great shops and restaurants right below. Access was super easy and the company was very helpful. We would choose to stay here again

In November I had visited this property and stayed for a few days in a room that had a lofted bedroom with open air concept and balcony looking out over the main level. Absolutely gorgeous. This suite had everything I could think of needing and had me so comfortable I felt right at home. On the main level, there was also a balcony that led outside that gave a beautiful overhead view of the bustling 21st Avenue. Beautiful suite for a photo shoot rental opportunity. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Special shout out to JoAnn, Colin & Cody who I interacted with during my stay. Would definitely recommend Mint House and would stay again!

Mint House was awesome. Very clean and modern. Location was the best for coffee choices and breakfast(biscuit love, pancake pantry) less than $10 Uber to downtown or 12th South. The ability to just text house keeping is so convenient, & they are very polite. Highly recommend and will be going back.

Great location, close to Vanderbilt, some great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The unit we stayed in faces the parking lot which can get very noisy at night, so be sure to use the sound machines that are provided in the unit.

Everything about this place is great. The location is wonderful, the apartment itself feels just like home Very clean, comfortable bed, easy parking. Located where you can walk to eat, The only thing that would make it better is a TV in the bedroom.

Nice apartment in a great location within easy walking distance of various restaurants and bars. Also within easy reach of all the downtown bars (either a 30 min walk or a 5 min Uber) Well equipped, clean and tidy apartment. We will stay again on our next visit to Nashville.

The location was Noisy/Loud. The bed and couch were uncomfortable and squeaky(even to just roll over) Poor value and quality for the price. Parking not included in the booking price.

This is was the worst place that we ever stayed in Nashville & we go two times a year for 11 years now. Cleanliness was terrible. After showering our feet turned black from the filthy floors. Most of the essential lights did not work. The flooring in front of the loveseat was lifted off the floor. The one & only window blind did not have a wand, so you could not open or close the blind. The internet was very poor. The television apps would not function due to the internet as well as something was terribly wrong with the television. There was a mouse trap in the one closet. The exhaust fan was coated in filth. And every night, the noise level was crazy loud til the wee hours of the morning. It truly was the worse place that we have ever stayed in Nashville.
