The workers were friendly for the most part and the facility was not bad. My boyfriend And I stayed reserved a room for three nights. I guess since we were staying three nights, housekeeping wasn’t supposed to clean our room, which was fine. We didn’t mind, but I went down And asked a staff member for fresh towels, and sheets. As I was changing the sheets, I spotted a huge bedbug!! So I got to looking In the Mattress found three Iive bedbugs. I killed them myself and showed them to the lady at the desk. Obviously, I got really freaked out and could not sleep for the rest of the night. I finally gave up trying to sleep and just checked out at 5am. I would’ve left early than that, but I did not want to be out in that part of Nashville so early in the morning so I waited Until daylight before I left. The staff member did not offer to give me a new room or refund my money. She said she Let her boss know. She Didn’t even try to apologize on behalf of the Hotel. I’m very disappointed in the way The employee handle the situation. As disgusting as bedbugs are, I would’ve understood if she Would have even acted as if she cared. All she said was that it was probably because they Had had an exterminator out there Earlier in the week And it was probably just leftover from the exterminator spraying and stirring things around. I’m going to Call and speak to the manager Monday to Make sure he’s aware of the situation and let him know that his Employee did not handle the situation properly. Honestly, I feel like I should be refunded for the last night. The only reason I stay there is because I could not leave in the middle of the night and also because I did not want to pay for a room at different hotel room when I had already paid for that one. Times are hard and My husband and I were just visiting family. We could not afford to throw money around And go to a different hotel room.

Our room, hallways and dining area were smelling bad and would appreciate if someone could check and clean it.

Property is convenient right off the highway. North enough to not get caught in traffic when coming from the north. Plenty of Door Dash options. Nicest Red Roof I’ve been in, and I stay frequently because of the pets.

The place was disgusting, rundown, broken parts, and the heat quit working in the middle of the night

Bathroom disgusting with urine left on toilet seat. Behind the table lamp, on the floor, hair, dust and artificial women's nails left there. Dirty curtains and linen. The worst part was to find a man underwear between the linen and sheets

Terrible. Our Lyft driver immediately warned us it wasn’t safe and he was wildly right. The lobby smelled awful, rundown is a complete understatement, and set the tone for what became the fastest hotel checkout of my life. I will say the staff at the front desk was friendly enough and I genuinely felt bad for them. They were polite and clearly doing their best in a place that has been neglected beyond repair. But friendliness can’t compensate for a hotel that feels like it’s been abandoned by management, maintenance, and basic hygiene and safety standards. The rooms had weird rubber carpet runners stapled to the walls that were half falling off or completely detached. I’m convinced that’s where the cockroaches live (based on other reviews we read). The room itself was a disaster: curly black hairs in the sheets, holes in the bedding, stains everywhere, dusty surfaces, cobwebs in the corners, missing bathroom tiles, and an outlet that looked like a fire hazard. Within minutes, our throats felt scratchy and we suspect it was mold. We stayed for all of two minutes before booking another hotel for our own safety and hygiene. When we called to let the staff know we left, it felt like they were used to guests checking in, taking one look around, and immediately checking out. They approved a full refund right away. I want to emphasize this again: this hotel is not safe. Not safe to sleep in. Not safe to breathe in. Not safe to walk through. Not safe to touch anything. Just no.
