The staff was by far the best hotel staff I have met. We got stranded during a birthday trip with two year old twins and they went above and beyond to make this an easy trip for everyone. They made every guest feel special even though there are some remodels going on causing some major issues. They made sure there was snack/ pbjs out so people were fed that could not make it out in the snow. Once this property finishes it's remodels we will definitely be back.

Love Homewood Suites. This is in the process of being redone. (Altho I don't like the new design I saw posted) the breakfast good and altho the room was a little care worn it was very clean. Would come here again. Staff is wonderful and so friendly and accommodating!!!'

Extremely dated and not at all clean. Staff is fine but this hotel in no way warrants any more than one star. It needs a complete tear down and renovation. Would not recommend under any circumstances.

The place is very run down. Carpets were disgusting. All of the luggage carts had flat tires, five dollars extra for parking security and planes flying over all night.

The bottom of my feet were black from the dirty carpet after 10 minutes. It ruined my stay because I just felt dirty. The room stunk and the couch cushions were nasty.

Our couch was torn up in our room, the bedding was incorrect and the only parking spot left was next to their dumpster with broken glass around it. Did not sleep well.

There were a lot of people just hanging out in the front of the building. We were charged for incidentals we were not told about on ******* when we reserved. There were ants crawling on the counter in the breakfast area. My husband had to fix the garbage disposal in our kitchen area, the sofa was ripped, the carpets in the hallway were very dirty. The place just needs a basic overhaul.

I’m not sure how this hotel was ranked 8.2 by guests.
We had two rooms. The check-in experience was good, staff was friendly!
The hotel is not clean. Furniture was worn/torn, stains in carpets. Ceiling in our room was water damaged and clearly in need of repair. Stairs were absolutely filthy and exit door on main floor was not accessible. Damage to roof on Porte cochere.
I would rank this hotel a 6.5 at best.

Our room was filthy!! The couch cushions were torn, carpets were dirty as was the fan in the bedroom. It was black! I felt that I overpaid for what I got!
