Great place to stay with one of the best continental breakfasts offered. Our room was really nice although we were on a street that was very noisy which required us to wear ear plugs to sleep.

Great stay. The hotel was clean and close to amenities in town. The only problem was the valet parking was expensive and either the only option, or we weren’t informed of any other option.

This was a great location to explore Nashville. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. One of the better hotel breakfasts I’ve had. The hotel was great and we would stay there again.
Only bad part was there was a very loud group of people that came down the hallway at 1am. It took them 30 minutes to finally quiet down. This was not the hotel’s fault so I will not rate them on that. People should just be more considerate.

Hotel was clean and friendly staff. It is just a close walk to the main ***** where all the action is. They have a great breakfast with a lot of options. Valet parking if your into that.

We stayed here for five nights and had a great time! Ale at the front desk was so kind and accommodating - she went above and beyond to make our stay special. The breakfast was great and the room was spacious and clean. The hotel is within walking distance to all the main attractions, especially Broadway, but is also quiet. We would recommend this hotel to everyone staying in downtown Nashville. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks Ale! :)

The hotel is in a great location - walked everywhere so no car needed. The rooms are spacious, but it wasn't as clean as it could have been. The tub was dirty and the floor (track) under the bathroom/closet door was gross... The shower had been rigged up at least a couple of times, and the second shower head was loose/fell out of it's hook. That all said - I would stay there again... but they should reinvest some of that $$ they're making on updates. =)

Room was basic, but clean.
No frills. If you want your room cleaned (if staying multiple days), you need to call the front desk.
Shower was terrible! No water pressure and the temperature valve was not working properly.
Bathroom sink faucet was oddly positioned. The faucet is too far away from the sink. More water got on the counter than in the sink. Lesson: don’t keep anything on the counter that you don’t want getting wet.
Loudest room! We heard every sound on the street even with a white noise machine! Loud cars, police sirens, street cleaners….we heard it all! Slept like crap! If you get cold, bring an extra blanket. The comforter was nothing.
Elevators are so slow!
Valet was quick & efficient.
Don’t think I would stay here again.

It was convenient to Broadway. Breakfast was nice. Staff at breakfast were very nice.
Room was great. Except for the shower handle to turn the hot/cold water. It was ready to fall off.
The young lady that checked me in seem f to be in a hurry. I didn’t get the paperwork with the check in/ch clout instructions and hotel info.
I overheard the other clerk tell/explain things about the hotel.
Upon checkout I had a $62 change balance. I paid with cash. It was the same young lady that checked me in. I was never given a receipt for that payment or my charges for my stay.
The valet guys were great!
The $62 charge is on my cc, hopefully it doesn’t go thru.
