Convenient location for Vandy visit. But reception doesn’t have much personal touch.

Great location and breakfast. You have to call for housekeeping service, otherwise they won’t come to clean the room by themselves. They definitely need more trollies in a busy hotel like this one. Good experience overall.

Bed had bed bugs. Woke up covered in bites. Free night and a room change however, so they made up for it.

The room is relatively large and quiet. The breakfast area is also very spacious. The equipment is a bit outdated. Others are good and clean

Wonderful holiday stay! The lobby was always warm and so inviting, and the area is centrally located to all the best things to do! Looking forward to the next Christmas vacation in this spot!

Staff was extremely unhelpful. Ordered room cleaning and they never showed. No soap in the shower; charged an extra $25 per day to park!!! Front desk was not friendly to the point of being rude. Actually watched breakfast crew drain “light brew” and decaffeinated pots of coffee and put it into the “dark brew” pot. Breakfast a whole different story of its own from raw sausage Pattie’s to no eggs…. Awful stay and do not recommend this over priced hotel to anyone!

I was not aware of the $25 a night parking pass until I got there. If I overlooked this when I booked then it was not shown clearly and effectively.
