I found a roach in the bathroom. For the amount of money per night with no free parking, no free breakfast, no shuttle. It is a nice hotel, not convenient.

The staff was very nice. The property was clean and well kept. They were having issues with room service, technology and telephone communication during our stay which they mitigated by comping a meal. I appreciated that. The history of the rail station made this a very fun and interesting stay.

Excellent location and building but facility and s The hotel building is very impressive. The main atrium and bar area was inaccessible on 2 of the 4 days of our stay due to a private function, which is not great for hotel guests. The room facilities are spartan. There was no tea making facility, towelling robes or literature about the hotel facilities . Room service Breakfast tea was delivered minus milk and the used cups and tray was not removed from our room for the entirety of our stay. When we were ready to leave and asked reception if they could book a taxi to take us to the airport, they said they didn’t do that and gave us a card to arrange one ourselves. We have NEVER had this from any other hotel we have stayed in. I approached the concierge for help as we needed a taxi quickly, they were extremely helpful and booked one immediately. The restaurant service and food was good.
