Reviews of Homewood Suites by Hilton Nashville-Downtown

In Nashville for a concert, this hotel was within walking distance to Bridgestone Arena. Check in was very quick and easy, the room was roomy and clean, and the staff were very welcoming throughout our trip. The hotel itself was beautiful. Will most definitely stay here again next time down in Nashville!

This hotel has an amazing location! Super clean and tidy. The front desk staff was super friendly,

Used the valet service for my vehicle. They brought it out in the morning when we went to leave. A window was smashed out in it. Valet manager was nothing but useless. Took over an hour to get a working vaccum to start cleaning up the mess. And the only reason it didn’t take longer is because WE found house keeping and asked for one. They take no responsibility for your vehicle and park them in unsafe areas. We were told cars have been getting broken into in that garage for a while now. By the end they comped out 60$ parking fee. ( big help when I had to pay 200$ us. Almost 300 cnd ) will never stay with them again. The front desk staff and house keeping however were very pleasant to deal with.
