The hotel is under construction and honestly, it needs it badly. The rooms are large but very depressing an extremely outdated. Its fine for 1 night if your flight get cancelled but otherwise, - PASS.
Bartenders do make great martinis - I will give them that.

The hotel in Nashville is considered very good. The service is definitely not comparable to that in Japan, but it is very good in terms of quietness and comfort. The price/performance ratio is also good (everything is expensive after the US inflation)

Carpet in room was filthy. Found a woman’s eye lash on the floor. One of the pillows had an oil stain through the pillowcase onto the pillow. Called housekeeping for an ice bucket liner but it was not delivered. I borrowed one from another guest. Have been going to this Embassy Suites for years but won't go back. I loved the happy hour, and the breakfast was amazing! However the room has very poor ventilation and was so humid! And another thing that was a huge bummer on our 4 night stay was the tables and chair area all around the pool had cockroaches so my kids didn't get to swim except 1 day my husband did call the front desk vut not sure if they called in a bug places.

We have stayed here many times over the past several years and it was always great. This time we were met by “Will” at the front desk, who could not have been more rude or unfriendly if he tried. Got to our room and a couple of lamps weren’t working, a couple of outlets weren’t working, the tv was disconnected and the bathtub was not draining. We were charged for parking without being told, and they have never charged for parking before. It seems as though the hotel is being allowed to get run down and the current staff is not taught the value of courtesy and customer service. We could have stayed at a couple of other suite hotels for less money, but we had always had good experiences here. We will be staying at one of those other hotels next time.

Compared to other Embassy Suites that I’ve been to this location was not as nice. They were very crowded that weekend due to ball games and the kids was playing on the elevators and running around with no supervision. The evening drinks and snacks were cheaply done… There were a lot of parking spots that had cones blocking them, we had to park all the way in the back where there it us not well lit…. I guess with it being my birthday weekend I expected more.

We booked this hotel for a family getaway to Nashville for the weekend. The check in process was very easy and the staff was friendly. One of the main reasons we booked this property is because of the HEATED indoor pool, we quickly found out the pool was not heated. When I asked the staff member he replied “It says heated but I don’t really think it is.” So that was not as enjoyable for the 4 year old and 7 month old. The room was cleaned and restocked the first day. The second day we were left with no towels and garbage in the trash cans. When I went to find a staff member they spoke no English, but were quick to give me what I needed once she knew what I was talking about. They do offer complimentary snacks and beverages every evening from 5:30-730 and a complimentary breakfast every morning which was nice. But they make up for it in their parking fees in my opinion. The hotel wasn’t disgusting by any means but not as clean as I was expecting.
