Great hotel and location
We decided to stay here based on our friends recommendation and we wasn’t disappointed. Great service, excellent room and the location is great. Close enough to the bars, restaurants and clubs but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the night life. We would definitely go back to Nashville and we would stay here again.

Classically Beautiful
The Heritage was so beautiful. Service was excellent and attentive. Customer service oriented. Very historical property and accommodations were up to date. Wonderful place to visit. Will be back in the future.

Excellent hotel. Staff was friendly and professional. House cleaning came twice a day and did a turn down service. Coffee every morning. Great lobby and restaurants. Highly recommend

Great stay
While most of our experience was a fabulous 10/10, there was one flaw which reduced the rating to 9/10. First the positives: Beautiful rooms and hotel, great housekeeping, good location for downtown, nice coffee in lobby, friendly and welcoming concierge ,front desk, door men and luggage staff. However after reservations and concierge Natalia had kindly reached out to ask how they could help with our stay , we encountered Bartender Jay from Michigan in the Oak Room who obviously needs more training on customer service. After attending a nearby concert, at least 20 Hermitage guests came to the Oak Bar hoping for a small bite. Jay sternly said the kitchen is closed. I asked him if we could get some nuts or popcorn , he said no and no. After noticing that my $22 glass of wine was poured much smaller than the guest next to me, he said no it was poured correctly. But in room dining was available until 1 am and it was 11;15pm?

My husband and I always stay at the Hermitage. This iconic hotel is rich in history and is a lovely landmark in a time when historic buildings are torn down to make way for new eye sore “modern “ hotels that lack any kind of aesthetic.
The staff is always friendly, the rooms are well appointed. The Tiffany glass in the foyer is breathtaking.

Lovely hotel enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, and great rooms. We particularly liked the ambience of the Bar downstairs and the very attentive and knowledgeable barman Max.
