This was very disappointing, the hotel is under renovation. Dirty, no carpet, trashy. Something should be done. I will never use this service again unless I hear/get some sort of refund!!!!

The shower still had hair in it from the previous guest, and the shower door wouldn't stay shut. So, some cleaning was missed, may be due to short staffing.

Stayed for one night in a very nicely renovated room but in the morning there was no hot water so I could not shower. The hotel did not provide any warning for the issue. I had to get to an early flight so I could not wait for it to be resolved. Other rooms had the same problem.
This hotel is in a noisy area.

We love the price and location. Didn't like they don't offer the transportation to downtown anymore. That's another reason we choose this hotel

Everything was nice. Room clean, staff was great and free breakfast was good. My only complaint was hot water for the shower. One day it was great but other days the water never really got hot.

It was very nice. The room was nice, with one exception……where are the towel bars?
There is simply no place to hang your towels. Especially, if you want us to reuse our towels, give us somewhere to hang them up. There was definitely room to hang a couple towel bars , next to the sink.
