Very excellent experience. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. The staff was very kind and welcoming. The breakfast was very simple but definitely filled you up.

The breakfast was better than expected, which was a good way to start the day. Was in town for the week for a conference and they took good care of us.

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke and the bathroom was smaller than expected. Lighting was poor in the room and the bed was not comfortable. On the plus side it very conveniently located to the Grand Ole Opry and Opry Mills. Water pressure was great and the hot water was truly hot.

Furniture could use an upgrade. Really loud toilet and light in bathroom. Ok for one night.

Pool outdoor and off season. No workout room. Storm came and had to pay for a night that I could not use the room.

Friday morning there wasn’t any bacon left at 7:30 and the egg&cheese servings left something to be desired. Saturday morning the eggs were gone when we got there at 7:30 and not refilled! We ate out Sunday morning. Monday morning the breakfast was great. Lots of scrambled eggs, sausage & bacon.

The staff was helpful. Housekeeping slipped one day and didn't come. But the manager called and remedied that. Room was pleasant, small bathrooms areas are my only disappointment. Beds were comfy, linens plentiful, refrigerator and microwave were handy. So all in all, it was a good stay. I liked the location. It wasceasy to access
