This hotel was in a great location and very clean.  Kia, the employee who checked us in was very friendly and helpful.  She explained everything to us.  She told us about the shuttle that took us to broadway and what a bonus that was.  We had muffins for evening snack.  The breakfast was very good.  Would definitely go back there if ever in the area again.  Thank you Hyatt Place.

Ada King Room With Tub

Nothing overly fancy but the rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable.  Not in the ”busy downtown” which actually suited us much better.  We could walk to bars, and shops.  Free Breakfast, Shuttle services, mini fridge in the room.  Pool was nice and we enjoyed our time out there..... After staying there for 4 nights we moved on to another hotel and wished we could have come back to Hyatt Place Nashville Opryland.    Matter of fact we ended up driving back to that area several times...called it our old stomping grounds!   Close to Opryland.

My husband and I usually try to stay at Hyatts when we can. This Hyatt was meh. The front desk staff were very friendly, the room was not up to my standards of most hyatts we’ve previously stayed in. The light in the bathroom extremely dim, and the shower tile needed a good cleaning/fixing. The bed was nice and the couch was nice. I felt like you could hear anything and everything in the hallway I would definitely bring some sort of noise machine. If you can get a good deal on the room, and you’re going to be in the Opry area you’ll be satisfied it’s just nothing overly nice.

Nice room and very clean.  The bathroom was very tight fit to enter then close the door.  Almost had to stand in the shower to be all in then close the door.  A design flaw I would say.  But the rest of the room was great.
