The hotel was very clean, the front desk staff were friendly, the breakfast was good, and parking was free and convenient. The only downsides were the weak water pressure in the shower and the occasional loud noise from airplanes taking off.

Very good hotel, very new, clean and sanitary. Good soundproofing. No loud airplane noise. Breakfast is simple, no freshly cooked food. Overall, it's very cost-effective.

It's alright, but it would be better if the breakfast could be improved.

The hotel was a normal one, except for the lack of drinking water, which was $4 a bottle. The airport shuttle driver was also very nice. Here's the kicker: the front desk service was abysmal, with a horrible attitude. They charged me a ridiculous amount for a credit card pre-authorization. I simply asked why it was $10, when it's usually $1, and they immediately canceled my reservation. I've never encountered such terrible service in over a decade abroad. Later, my colleague went to buy water, and the front desk clerk charged her over $80 instead of $8. When we went to ask for a change, they told us to contact our bank or InterContinental headquarters. This was clearly retaliatory and targeting us. Anyone visiting Nashville, be sure to avoid this hotel!!! Remember!!!

This hotel is very clean, tidy and comfortable. There are various types of restaurants around, with rich and diverse choices. It is also cost-effective and worth choosing again! (If you are not sensitive to aircraft noise)
