Great location by the airport (although the planes can be a bit loud) with a convenient shuttle service that runs pretty long hours. Friendly staff at the front desk to provide suggestions on visiting the area. Room was clean and comfortable.

I just Love Avid hotels. You always know what to expect. Food is simple but pretty good. All facilities are new. Rooms are comfortable and windows can be made real dark to a sound sleep. Bathrooms are spotless.

酒店就是正常的酒店，除了沒有飲用水，酒店買的話是4美金一瓶。來去機場的班車司機大哥人也非常的好。
重點來了，前台服務超級無敵差，態度極其惡劣，信用卡預授權亂收費，衹是問了一句為什麼預授權也要10美金，一般都是1美金，前台直接説要取消我的預訂，在海外十幾年沒遇到這麼垃圾的服務，後面同事去買水，前台給她信用卡8塊多美金直接收取了80多塊美金，去找前台要求改前台説讓我們自己聯繫銀行或者他們洲際公司總部，明顯的報復和針對我們兩個
來納什維爾的同胞們一定要注意避雷這家酒店！！！ 切記！！！
