My whole experience was awesome. The whole staff/ front desk was nothing short of amazing. I enjoyed everything especially the rooftop bar. 10/10💪🔥. I will definitely be coming back

Beautiful hotel. Staff were very accommodating and kind. They would go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. We will most definitely stay here again. It was very feasible in walking to areas we were interested in seeing.

The hotel itself was fine. Decent location, clean. When we checked in, it was 12:30. They told us our room was ready but the charged $75 if we wanted to check in early. I have never experienced that. The room was ready. We paid and checked in. Someone in our group got ill and we had to check out one day early. We spoke to the front desk and the manager and they said if the 3rd party would waive our last night, they would as well. When the third party called (with me on hold), they completely changed their story and said they would not waive it and that they didn’t tell us that. Completely lied after we left. I don’t have much respect for that.

Great place to stay for the Sciton conference! Dasia, Jack, and Tavon and the bag concierges were so helpful and kind! Housekeeping organized and cleaned my room spotless. The event food and services were excellent! Derrick with event services was so kind to help get us drinks. Very impressed with all the staff! Would love more options for energy drinks/snacks in the market to purchase.
