Chain stores, sanitation is OK, breakfast is OK, the only thing is that there is hair on the bed, I don't know if it hasn't been changed or it has been replaced with hair

Our room was clean. The service was excellent and we used the hotel's shuttle to downtown and back. The breakfast was decent and what you would expect - eggs,sausage,waffles,bagles, cereal, juice, yogurt, etc. My only complaint was that the fridge in the room froze everything we put in there and we couldn't find how to adjust it. Overall, this hotel was a very good value for the price. We didn't have to pay for parking but it was very close to downtown. I would recommend it.

It was an amazing place. From the girl that checked us in, until the breakfast the next morning. My mom has a hard time walking and showering, so we got an accessible room, and she raved about how easy everything was. Will be back there again.

Everyone was great. The local shuttle service is an awesome free service. Easy to take the wego busses from the airport...download the quickticket app otherwise you need exact cash. Bus 18 from airport to central station then bus 9 to the hotel. $2 for 2 hours of bus rides...easy!!

Our original plan was to spend Christmas in the Smokey Mountains with family but ended up just being my 2 kids and me when the rest of my family backed out. We made the best of it and that wouldn't have been possible without the amazing staff here. From the minute we checked in, staff was friendly, attentive, and just amazing to us...making us feel at home despite a not-so-ideal situation. Our room was always clean, regardless of it being the holiday, the common areas stayed spotless, and even the shuttle was handy so I didn't have to worry about driving or parking (and paying) in busy areas. I strongly recommend checking out this hotel and the amazing staff!!

Aside from no towels, no hangers, no made up beds, the management threatened to evict us for complaining. These basic services should be graciously provided without attitude. You may expect an appropriate online review. Thanks for a lovely week in Nashville.
