The hotel is nice and the rooms are great but the location wasn’t my favorite. Parking is a tad expensive and be prepared to call an uber!

Easy short stay. Wish there was another option other than valet parking for $38 a night, but rooms were nice, clean, and it was pretty affordable.

I am an active Marriott member and this was the worst stay ever at their property. I found this hotel quite inferior due to
1. I was given a room with broken Window Blinds that won't work. I couldn't sleep during entire stay. To add salt to injury, the hotel staff told me they were aware of this problem and still gave me that room.
2. Breakfast - The worst experience ever. The staff was insulting. Food was out 15 min prior to closure with no replenishment. They started closing the breakfast 15 min early with zero regrets? As basic as Milk was out.
3. Room service was equally bad. Half-filled soap in the bathroom, 1 towel for 4 guests. I am sure the management of this hotel is incompetent.
Please avoid this hotel.

Hands down the best hotel! From booking, to car valet, breakfast, customer service omgggg the cleanliness was ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT I EXPECTED! I literally never want to stay anywhere else when I come back.

The staff was amazing! Overall a very nice stay! Would definitely stay here again. The area around the hotel is still being developed but I can see the potential and it’s a cute spot. Walking distance to Centennial park and a quick trip to downtown Nashville.

should put self local free parking. cost of valet adds significantly to the room cost. when only stopping overnight in city and not going for entertainment value of city
