The best hotel in Paradise Island, but everything is paid inside and very expensive.

The room rate is clean, tidy and noise-free. The outdoor entertainment area is great. The hotel's buffet breakfast and dinner are both good. There is also a restaurant in the hotel that is great value for money.

Apart from being expensive and a bit old, I really can't get used to the food in the restaurant. The buffet is incomparable to that in China, but everything else is very good.

Well run resort hotel family friendly with a high standard of comfort and service. The only gripe is the air conditioning which needs to be toned down so that it is not so cold in all the common areas. This was my second visit.

The Royal Atlantis and surrounding hotels are absolutely Gorgeous. The grounds are so well kept and staff is so pleasant and kind. A true Paradise, can't wait to come back!

This is a wonderful resort. So much to see and do. We experienced new sea life that we have never seen before (Incredible Sawfish).
The rapid river was so fun. The marina was so nice to walk around with music and great restaurants.

Hotel was quite a big disappointment considering price per night was 900$.
We had issues for cold room without heating, no hot water most of the time, and also we had ants on our beds headboard.
Cleaning service was not included to the room price which was ridiculous. They did come and cleaned it for free since we had ants problem though. Otherwise it was only available upon request with gratitude fee.
All restaurants were also fully booked the time we stayed at Atlantis.
Staff was friendly and helpful which was positive. Consigliere on the lobby also helped us organize great trip to Exuma with Bahama Boys - 10/10 for that trip!
For that money we did expect more from Atlantis but the resorts did offer plenty of entertainment which we did enjoy.

There’s no towel for the pool or for the beaches. Everything is pretty old and worn out. Terrible services! Phone lines don’t work after 5pm. No room service/housekepping/front desk for general services. 5 star prices but 1 star services!

It’s a great property, but it was too crowd. There are daily cruise ships arriving at the property. For a daily fee they get to enjoy the resort just like the other guests. The “cruisers” crowed the property. There was limes in the pool restroom, restaurants and pool bars. There was no lounge chairs available. So sad.
Although it is a great place, if you are looking for peace and quiet , this is not the place.
Despite of that, we enjoyed our stay. The rooms are large, the bed is comfortable and there is plenty of things to do at the hotel.
One last comment: unfortunately, most of the staff we encountered was rude. I understand that they are overwhelmed and overworked, but a smile goes a long way!
