First, the Hotel is not called Ponta Negra, but Happy. And HAPPY has nothing! The location of the Hotel is very good. Easy to get to the main tourist attractions in the region, shopping and Camarões restaurant next door. Very polite and hard-working employees, true warriors. Because..... The rest is all very bad. There is no problem with the Hotel being VERY old. This could even be charming if it weren't for the MOLD in the bathroom, the hyper noisy and barely functional air conditioning. I have never stayed in a hotel that has a room in the BASEMENT, but I felt like I was in a basement, dark and stuffy with MOLD. When we travel on vacation, obviously we don't expect to be stuck in the Hotel, but when we return to the place we are staying, we expect the comfort of a HOTEL and there is no desire to return. If there is one thing that has become a concept of quality in HOTELS, it is breakfast. Who doesn't want to have a hotel breakfast, right? So. This one is very weak, the space is cramped, old like the rest of the hotel, the variety is very poor and there are problems even with the packaging of cold cuts. I do not recommend staying at this Hotel. It may be low cost, but it's not free! And even then it wouldn't be worth it. I keep thinking about the employees who try hard and are very courteous. I hope they find another place to work!

Maravilhosa, hotel bem localizado, perto de tudo, funcionários atenciosos, café da manhã delicioso bem variado, piscina limpa, recomendo.

Vale muito a pena Hotel simples. Mas gostei muito, perto de tudo. Conveniência, restaurantes, farmácia, lanchonete, food park bem na frente com música ao vivo. O quarto é bom, tem um bom espaço.
