Stunning beach and beautiful pool. The meals are very tasty and the staff is the best. We enjoyed it very much, and I think the kids enjoyed it even more. We must highlight the variety of food and the square area is free of stones and quite private. Nice rooms.

A truly five star experience. We are here to celebrate my wife and brother in laws birthdays this weekend. The whole family, Danish and Brasilien together. We are 14 combined, sisters, brothers, children, husbands, wifes and grandmother. After a 4 hour drive from Recife to Natal, we finally arrived here at Ocean Palace Natal. What a place! Situated right on the beach, its the perfect place to celebrate my wife this weekend. The food and drink is to die for. The staff is brilliant and the hotel manager is a real gentleman. Happy birthday honey. Love u💘

Nice food and personal ! The rooms with ocean view are very nice, the hier rooms are better by the way (much more quiet). The pool area it's very diverse and clean, but the best thing it's about the simpaty of the workers and the quality of the food!

ALL INCLUSIVE COMPLETO, da entrada á saída, tudo perfeito!! quartos mega cheiroso, tudo muito limpo, uma vista maravilhosa! comida de ótima qualidade bebidas hiper mega master de gelada (todas). E o café da manhâ? o que é aquilo gente? Amei de verdade! Quero agradecer aos funcionários que com muito carinho nos recepcionou e tiveram um grande carinho ao nos atender: A primeira foi a Francieli no almoço, um docê de menina, do bar, Chicão, Ivan, Wedson, no café Stefani Talita, Maria, Heloisa e Francinara, da sauna Angela e Dariel, Da limpeza dos banheiros Gilvan, Franklin Cesar e Wallace, do restaurante Italiano então, Rayane, Mikarla, Erick, Paulo,Talita,Carla,Fernanda, João, do restaurante Francês, Severino eEdson Rodrigues. 2nd time visiting - great infrastructure, excellent service by all members of staff. Good food selection. Close to the beach but also to town. Spa with sauna, full gym. All very clean and kept spotless at all times.

The hotel makes it available no means to contact the room service other than a WhatsApp number to the reception. At 10:48 PM, I asket for an extra blanket, for no immediate response. Sent another message. No response again. Only after 27 minutes (and some more unanswared messages) came the first response: "we will send an employee to verify" [whether or not the extra blanket could be made available]. Fifty minutes after the first message sent to the reception, still no solution to the request (and total silence, no more words). Eventually, I gave up and went on without the sheet. All of that just for an extra blanket. Complete lack of respect and consideration for the well being of the guests. Despite all the physical structure of the hotel, such disregard for the human aspects of the service cannot be ignored. Do not recommend.
