Affordable standard room, comfortable, overlooking the sea and swimming pool. Varied and delicious breakfast. I am in Natal, I recommend it and I will return to the hotel.

The hotel is well located , has a pro sea view ❤️ has a pleasant climate but needs improvements in its infrastructure and some details , the rooms are not so new on the day I hosted had a boy repairing made a terrible noise! About cleaning I found very good ! And the cake cherry was a beautiful trial that the photographer Cinthia made the hotel was a super nice moment , we love her vibe super good people !! worth all the experience ❤️❤️

Fui a Natal sozinha e escolhi o Serantes, hotel bem localizado próximo à praia! O atendimento deles é impecável, equipe bem atenciosa e prestativa, todos educados a Sandra estava sempre sorrindo, também tem uma moça que não me lembro o nome mas eu saia cedo pro passeio e voltava a noite ela estava lá muito bacana super simpática e sorridente! Os recepcionistas as meninas do café da manhã são simpáticos, minha experiência foi muito boa com eles ! O quarto estava super limpo, é mais bonito pessoalmente do que nas fotos! Limpeza impecável! O café da manhã é bem simples …. No mais nota 10000000 pra eles! E brigado por tudo! Até a próxima Que Jesus os abençoe grandemente!

é um hotel bem bom para o que oferece. supreende a qualidade do sinal wi-fi. em relação a limpeza somente solicitar na recepção para ser realizada diariamente. em relação a estrutura gostei da mini cozinha e também da varanda que fica de frente para as piscinas. Localização é muito boa para deslocamentos seja na ponta negra como em outros lugares de natal.
