It is a beautiful hotel!! Full of plants, it is like a park, a beautiful natural reserve! Charm! Ideal to come to rest. It has 4 tickets. A main beautiful with one for children next to you. Then two more distributed in the park. The room is huge. The very large and very practical room. The cleaning of the room could be deeper since there is sand all the time everywhere. No matter how long you try to get it out ...sta x everywhere! Jajajjaa but it makes magic too. The hotel restaurant is open up to 21.30 and really is very good option. It eats very well and at good price. Breakfast has a wide variety of indigenous cakes that change day by day, a very good coffee machine, several options of bread, eggs, butter, jam, cheese ... I would add Pao of cheese I love! I will miss this hotel, your people, your employees are all super correct, super friendly, we are very grateful.

WISH NATAL is beautiful and very well located. If peace and tranquility is what you're looking for, you've come to the right place. If you have young children, that will work too. The hotel is a little dated, you can see some bruises here and there, but the cleanliness is top notch. The staff is very warm and makes you feel very welcome. Waiters like ”King” Arthur, Junior, Djalmir and Creusa made our stay much more pleasant. Saulo, the pool bartender is a very talented guy and keeps the bar running like clockwork. They should definitely fix the elevators (they malfunction all the time) and provide some afternoon menu (cheese bread, cakes, pancakes or tapioca to pair with the espresso). I mean, the food is very good, it only felts short on that aspect. The bedroom needs some light control improvements and better storage, all this is much better in the suites. The ocean view from our balcony was BREATHTAKING! The entertainment team does whatever it takes to please you and keep the kids occupied without disturbing the environment (everyone gets what they want), including beach tennis, pool aerobics and beach activities. The beach itself was great but too windy for us to take advantage of the nice beach chairs and umbrellas, good for a walk though (sunscreen is a must). Overall it's a very nice place that I recommend to friends who want to spend a week or two in Natal.

First, the room had a view on the beach and the cover had a view on the whole beach of Ponta Negra, a true visit card. The hotel structure is a flat with a very well-trained room with a kitchen equipped with microwave, cooktop, fridge and kitchen tools that were useful to us who were with our 2-year-old daughter that is a driver and we could not get out The hotel has a comfortable and beautiful table with a table and a balcony that TB had table and chairs to cut the night, a great bed, a new and functional bathroom and a large and spacious dress. The care is perfect, they have taken doubts during the reservation and personally the care of Irani and Christian that are from the reception of the morning period is wonderful, careful and patient with our daughter. We also want to highlight the receptionists Rafael and Vitor of the night and the girls of the restaurant in Jaque and Ilderica who always leave a drawing and a pot of giz on a child's table so that during breakfast all children can paint and be with the parents, we think that is fantastic! The hotel is in front of the beach footwear and with direct access that facilitated and provided security, and I also had two adult swimming pools and a child swimming pool on the rooftop with a great landscape and well clean, we used after the sea climbed on the beach. There is nothing from the hotel that we don't like, but only one, that on Sunday afternoon a show that mixes several ritmes with an unsupportable volume of sound starts on the shoes. For those who stay at the hotel, they are suffering, because even being inside the room and closeing the balcony and window seemed to be inside the room.

In 2016 I was on Christmas and stayed in this hotel. I liked it very much and decided to stay again in September 2022. The hotel is not the same. It changed much, perhaps because of a pandemic. The breakfast was served and served as a repeated breakfast, and I stayed in this hotel for 10 days, and the breakfast was the same every day. é um hotel bem bom para o que oferece. supreende a qualidade do sinal wi-fi. em relação a limpeza somente solicitar na recepção para ser realizada diariamente. em relação a estrutura gostei da mini cozinha e também da varanda que fica de frente para as piscinas. Localização é muito boa para deslocamentos seja na ponta negra como em outros lugares de natal.
