Magnolia Bluffs Casino Hotel, BW Premier Collection

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly from the beginning. The room was very cleaned and sanitized. Breakfast was great. My husband enjoyed the homemade grits. I was very happy with the clean bathroom, less work for me. It was cleaned better than most 5 star hotels I have stayed at. Our TV didn’t work the first night but was resolved quickly the next morning. Also love the friendliness of the breakfast staff.

First, we were stuck on the back side of the hotel. Was told that handicap rooms did not allow pets. Floors were nasty. I have pictures of my feet and they are black. Shower had what looked like black mold. Didn’t notice either of these until next morning in shower. Water turned black. Toilet kept running. Overall it was a terrible experience. I will be warning people not to use this hotel. All this and payed over 90 dollars. Asked for refund. Manager Dade said he couldn’t. They gave me a coupon for my next visit. NO WAY am I staying here. Lack of other pet friendly hotels made me stay there.

We really enjoyed the location. If it had not been for the location, we would have been very disappointed. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very nice young lady at the desk. When we got to our room we were presented with outdated decor/furniture and a not so clean room. The carpet did not appear to be vacuumed. There were pepperonis, olives, medicine tablet and other crumbs on the floor. The room was dusty and just didn’t smell clean. No soap was provided in the room. We were only provided with one bottle of shampoo and one bottle of conditioner. Sheets seemed clean so we were happy to have a clean bed. We asked the nice lady at the front desk if someone could please vacuum our room. She sent someone up and gave us soap. Upon our return the medicine tablet was still on the floor so I imagine the vacuuming wasn’t very thorough. The bartender on site was very friendly and the staff providing breakfast was also friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed a carriage ride in town and had dinner at biscuits and blues. The area is quite pleasant. We will return to Natchez but will likely find alternate accommodations.
