Comfort Suites Natchitoches

Front desk evening clerk was somewhat friendly, but abrupt and more interested in her friends who were visiting her. Room was comfortable. The bathtub was clogged and didn’t drain. The telephone in the room didn’t work. Breakfast was OK, but the food was clearly average at best.

In spite of several high schoolers present the hotel was extremely quiet. The breakfast hours were convenient with a good variety of menu choices. Take and go breakfast was also available.

Wonderful, comfy bed. Nice suite at an affordable rate. Clean and modern look. I would definitely stay here again!

Upon arrival, we noticed the bathroom in our room was mot cleaned. There was dirty soap scum in the soap dish. Hotel had no housekeeping staff on Thanksgiving Day. Never heard of housekeeping staff being off on holidays, interesting. Every hotel we've stayed at had available staff on holidays and all occasions. Seems as though they may have a staffing issue, not quite sure though. Nonetheless, our stay was ok.

Large Tractor Trailer noisy truck running next to property. Water pressure in bathroom is low. TV Great. Won't get much sleep tonight!!!

We stayed 9/29 -10/1 Friday as soon as we got in the room we noticed that they where ROACHES (I took pictures of the roaches ) on the walls and the room was dusty. Saturday night I went to the reception and dropped off the dirty towels we used on Friday and requested more clean towels (I was only given 2 bath towels and 2 wash towels no hand towels provided). Sunday morning at 7 am on my check out date I requested more clean towels I was help by the same lady (named WENDY) who was rude and questioned me about how many I needed. I told her it was 4 of us and we where going to shower before checking out(she only gave me 3 bath towels and 3 wash towels. No hand towels) and the service is the WORST I HAVE EVER HAD IN A HOTEL. Be careful when you are booking. I booked in here because ******* said on the link that it a good place to stay. It is not. I have never seen roaches in a hotel until I stayed in here. I was overcharged 50 dls for no reason. On the day I checked in and when I checked out, they couldn’t print out my receipt and I was told they where going to email it to me. So far I haven’t received it. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE (also the pool is disgusting). My 6 year old wanted to swim but it looked bad. Next time we will definitely rent an Airbnb.

Rooms were huge and clean. Breakfast was really good. We enjoyed our stay.

Staff very friendly. Having a cricket problem so crickets in door ways and lobby. Hate that it made poor impression but no one seemed to clean them up. Need to do some yard work also. We will definitely stay again. Thank you

The staff at check in acted like I wasn't there, only talking when she had a question, she was very slow and I was trying to figure out if she was even trying to check me in when she handed me a piece of paper and said to read it and initial all the highlighted spots. After receiving my room key i went into the room and found the bathroom covered in crickets, both dead and alive. I returned to the counter and told her what I found and she said that they had an infestation in the building, but Orkin was working on it. I told her I wanted another room and she walked into the back room, came out a few minutes later and said they would try to find me a room without crickets in at at this time, but I would probably have them in the morning, then went doing other things acting like I wasn't standing there. Another woman came from the back while I was waiting and told me the same thing. After about fifteen minutes she gave me another room, which had been checked, but said that I would find them in my room in the morning. Never a word of warning when checking in or an apology for the problem.
