amazing location and nice hotel. but the hotel is clearly very stingy on staff. there is not enough and the ones they have are not at all qualified or experienced to provide the service one would expect for the price and a hotel like this. most of the employees are on working holiday visa and it’s very obvious that they only do this job to make some money and not to make a career, so there is a huge lack of service (can’t really blame the staff, since they simply don’t know better and no one teaches them). we also had no wifi in our room and it took them 3 days to come up with the idea to share the wifi egg that they have…. also several times there was a power outage at the hotel. overall, as nice the location and the hotel is, i would not go back, since the service is at best equivalent to a hostel…

The Room is huge and staff are very friendly. There is a buggy to send you from lobby to your room.

The first night we were there, we requested for the room to be cleaned but our room was not serviced. There’s no dental kit in the room. Had to ask for the dental kits every day. Service is very slow. Room is very basic. Total experience is below expectations as this is an established and well known hotel chain. Some good points: - hotel staffs are very nice, pleasant and friendly. - the hotel has a connecting beach which is great

Away from town, good place to be away from crowd. The service was bad, my mum found a tear in the bed sheet before she sleep but the housekeeping team came and took away that faulty sheet and did not properly lay the bed sheet back, instead they just took off the bed sheet and leave the bedding with one side without bedsheet and ask my mum to call the counter tomorrow. For this price we are paying, its ridiculous and unacceptable.

We had an amazing experience at the Pullman resorts, location is simply awesome and the beach access was really good, making it easier to view sunsets and sunrises!!

Nice stay however service could be improved.

When we arrived just after check-in, our room was not ready; we were offered a free drink at the bar. However, the room was not ready until nearly 4.30 pm. We were not informed about the number of mosquitoes in and around the property before traveling, and my husband and I were badly bitten. I know the Hotel can't account for mosquitoes, but I feel they have a duty of care to their guests to inform them or have something in the room to keep them at bay or even a heads up before traveling to the Hotel. The cleanliness of the room was below standard too.

Very dissatisfied On the first night I stayed in the hotel, the whole area had no electricity after 9 p.m. The hotel didn't notify us in advance and said it didn't have my phone number? ! When checking in, we were asked if we wanted to continue our stay. It was already after 9:30 pm and there was no other hotel available. No electricity, lights or air conditioning all night We bought a lot of food to cook, but it can’t be cooked without electricity The hotel refused to refund the money afterwards They said they informed us of the lack of electricity when we checked in. feel very dissatisfied Extreme dissatisfaction! There was a power shortage in the area on the first night of check in after 9pm We were not informed before as they said they don’t have my mobile number?! No light, air-con Just gave us a small torch and not even a fan! They refused to refund as they said they already told us the condition when we checked in Do we have other option when you inform me at 9sth pm and the whole area is closed due to power shortage?

The hotel is located far away from the nearest town, which we really liked. The service was super good. All of our wishes were fulfilled and we would like to come back if Australia wasn't so far away. The villas face either the garden or a lake. We had a garden view villa and it was very good. The access to the sea is beautifully landscaped.

The environment is very good and the private beach is nice. The service is first-class. Many waiters are from Fiji and are very nice.

The rooms are spacious, there is a pantry & dining table, complete with cooking utensils. Get a complementary bottle of wine. Spacious bathroom. Breakfast is delicious and the menu is varied. Direct access from the hotel to the beach. Small swimming pool

Fabulous hotel! Comfortable room with a kitchenette and coffee machine! ! Comfortable bed! The area is gorgeous! Top notch service! Happy holiday! I recommend this hotel 💯
