As advertised. Comfortable. Good for a layover. Bathroom set up is somewhat strange.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite impressed overall. The property is well-maintained, and everything from the lobby to the rooms was exceptionally clean and inviting. The housekeeping staff clearly does a great job keeping the place spotless, which added to the comfort of the stay. However, I was a bit disappointed with the room service. I ordered food to my room, but unfortunately, the quality didn't meet my expectations—it was bland and lacked freshness. Because of this, I found myself exploring other dining options and ended up eating at various nearby restaurants instead, which turned out to be a better experience. Despite the food, the hotel itself was pleasant, and I would consider staying again—just with different plans for meals.

I went to attend the exhibition. It was a relatively close hotel. The room environment was very good, clean and comfortable. The bed was just the right hardness. The breakfast was very rich. I will stay here again next time I go to Melbourne on a business trip.

The room is relatively clean, the soundproofing is average, you can hear the sound of airplanes and motorcycles at night, breakfast depends on luck, sometimes there are fruits and sometimes there are no fruits, but it's just like this for a business trip

Because of my work, I have to travel to more than ten countries every year, and I have been to nearly 60 countries. I rarely complain about hotels unless I really can't stand it anymore. I really do not recommend staying in this hotel. The main reasons are as follows: 1) Their employees are very unfriendly. Very unfriendly employees, especially Jesus. On October 24th at 13:00, I took a 6-hour early flight to the hotel, hoping to check in, take a shower and go to the meeting. But Jesus at the front desk said that there were no rooms available and that it was too early to check in, as rooms would only be available at 15:00. Then I waited until 14:45 to ask if it was possible, and he still said no and it would take 15:00. I went to look for him at 14:58, but he was still not there. I had to wait until 15:04 before he could check in. OK, I thought he really didn’t have any rooms. 2) He gave me a room with a window facing the hotel, but I asked to change it to a room with a window facing the outside. 3) What happened next was that when I returned to the hotel at night, there was a night club right across the room! There is a night club nearby the hotel! It's very loud! All night long! It was still very loud until I checked out at 5:00 in the morning! I had to sleep with ear plugs one night! 4) Their facilities are also very funny. The elevator has no upward arrow. At first I thought there was no elevator to the room. They have very few elevator buttons. Summary: Very unfriendly staff! And the noise from the nightclub! Keeps you awake!

For business travel, the hotel is not bad, the price is OK when booking, recommended, very good
