Elaiolithos - Luxury Villa Suites - Adults Only

I had a wonderful experience at this Elaiolithos. Everything was perfect, from the comfortable bed to the delicious food. As a vegan, I was thrilled to find many options available, and each dish was incredibly tasty. The owner was extremely helpful, offering us fantastic tips on exploring Naxos, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy, welcoming environment with great food and local insight.

Everyone was so nice, friendly and helpful! Food was delicious, room was super nice. It’s a very safe hotel. The view was amazing to wake up to. Everyone felt like family Eleni, the owner, even showed us around the island around by bringing us to a local festival near by and gave us excellent recommendations on what to do during our stay! It may be a bit far from the water but if you have a car or atv, it will allow you to explore more of the island, which we found great! We wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else!

There are many places in the mediterranean and on Naxos where you can have a nice beach vacation, but none are as unique as ELaiolithos. Besides the stunning and picturesque views of the lush greenery that fills the valleys between the mountains, its setting in the middle of the island provides many advantages a beachside coastal resort lacks. It’s no more than a thirty minute drive from almost anywhere you want to go, and is in close proximity to numerous charming and lively mountain towns, including Chalki, Filoti, Aperanthos, and Moni. From Naxos town, you may drive into the high country once during your trip, and miss out on many of the things that make the island spectacular. The hotel resides at a nexus point of incredible hikes through ancient paths dotted with vibrant wildflowers, historical sites, and grand vistas. The rooms (we stayed in the spacious Oraia Eleni suite) were creatively decorated, clean, and private. But where ELaiolithos truly sets itself apart is its staff and cuisine. The owner, Helen, and her family have lived in the mountains of Naxos for generations, and have recommendations for every type of traveller. Every afternoon when we would return from a long day of adventures, Helen would greet us with cool drinks and a smile and ask, “did you love it?” knowing that our answer was always a resounding yes. All of the food is sourced within a 5km radius of the hotel, and is deliciously prepared by Helen and her staff. The dairy comes from Helen’s brother, who has several hundred goats that make daily treks up and down the mountain by the hotel, providing a lovely soundtrack as they pass by. As someone who loves cheese, this might have been my favorite part of the entire stay! The staff, including Pamela and Chloe, were delightful, sociable, and so helpful with whatever we needed. Along with Helen, they made you feel like you were part of the family, and that you were truly a part of the Naxian culture. We stayed for 4 nights in the middle of our Honeymoon and wish we could have been there even longer! We could not recommend ELaiolithos enough to anyone looking for a unique adventure in one of the most beautiful places in the Mediterranean.

Forget Olive Garden and their mediocre food. Here, at Ellaiolithos you are treated like family. True to Greek hospitality and more, Helen and her beautiful staff have created a rustic and luxurious home away from home. From the open dining room and pool is an expansive view of the mountains and valleys meeting sea. There, you can dine upon the freshest food or sip on crafted cocktails while conversing with other guests, Helen, and/or staff, trading stories and tips on how to best enjoy the charm of Naxos. When your day’s adventures are over, fall into a rested sleep on some of the most comfortable beds my body has ever laid upon. So sad our trip to Naxos and ELaiolithos is over, but we will be back!

FABULOUS!! We had a great time. The hotel is cozy. The rooms are spacious. The view at sunrise or sunset is Amazing. We rented a car and were able to drive around the whole island. Helen is the icing on the cake! She gave us tips before we got there. She told us not to make plans ahead but to wait to get there. Every morning right after breakfast she would sit down with us and gave us a personal itinerary for the day. Only a local will tell you where to go for a 2 hour boat ride with photos and wine included for 20 euros. She also told us about her 2 favorite tabernas. Helen also cooked an amazing breakfast every morning, and her mixed drinks at Happy Hour were delicious. So over all, its the only hotel in Naxos to go…..and theres plenty to do in Naxos…we spent 6 days

My wife and I spent 4 nights with our adult daughter in the Fanari Suite. We loved everything about stay. Helen and Pamela were excellent hosts and did all they could to make our stay memorable. We hiked and explored the many local trails accessible from the Villa. Our breakfast and dinners were outstanding everyday. We highly recommend
