Lors de l'enregistrement à l'accueil, bcp de ***ipulations, passeports, visas, photos.... Arrives à l'aéroport le lendemain, nous nous appercevons que le passeport a été déchiré en partie.... Problème pour l'enregistrement, perte de temps et nous devons refaire le passeport !!!!!
Dan's la chambre, une couverture en guise de drap alors qu'il fait au moins 40 degrés dans la chambre sous les toits, 1 seule serviette pour 2, mais on les a eu après réclamation. Le ventilo brasse l'air chaud... Pas moustiquaire aux fenêtres

Not clean rooms, no AC and even if you try to update to AC rooms, there is a lot of hassle, as the hotel staff only provides you for the services you've booked online, if you wish to upgrade to a better room, you cannot. No tv, no wifi, no intercom, no lifts and no bellboy, so you need to pick up your luggage and walk through stairs on your own, if you get a room on a higher floor, it is not going to be convenient. Concierge staff are unreliable, whatever they tell you regarding checkout time, services in room, do not trust them, rather double check with internet as well. No cloth hanging hooks provided in room, just a long rail in room and restroom each. I'd rather recommend everyone the hotel golden terminal at nedumbassery, which is just 1.2 km ahead of jippus galaxy hotel.

It was veey dirty room, no AC , no fan , No Lift, no *** to take the luggage, only receptionist, no helf from himel. It was a terrible for us to stay one nights
