This hotel is very nice and inside is very clean and outside view is beautiful as well, the most important is the price is reasonable, we like here

Please avoid at all cost. A lot of cash stolen in my room. Definitely not a 5-star hotel. Everything is old.

The resort is very close to the airport so very convenient but it's badly maintained. Rooms are very badly lit with no ventilation at all. Food is not good at all. All waiters are from the North east who do not understand the language. Golf carts are very good with good and helpful drivers

I visited this place(BLEU BAR) on May 10th with my colleague and had a disappointing experience. I ordered my last drink around 10:30 PM, but the service was extremely poor. The staff seemed inattentive and rude to guests. When I ordered a beer as a takeaway at 10:48 PM, one of the staff members informed me that the bar closes at 10:30 PM and denied my request rudely. I reiterated my request for a takeaway, but the staff brought me the bill and asked me to leave, stating that they were closing the bar. What's more, they didn't even give a last call. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service.

Not enough time got to enjoy all the facilities since this is our busiest schedule.will come another occassion to full utilize the facilities especially the pool.Not seen any tooth paste inside the room.Good ambience all around.The chicken served is little spicy.

Perfect Place to stay near Kochi Airport. Comfortable and well maintained rooms. Decent Breakfast options. With good ambience and lawn areas. Overall a nice experience. Preferable for both family and business class people travelling to Kochi.

I never seen a 5 * resort that toilet door can not be closed and lucked. With such dirty bath room. I stayed here only for 15 hours, and i was asking the staff a fridge for 4 hours, bcs i had a medicine that needs to be in cold atmosphere, unfortunately, Medicine was damaged. This is the 5 * Resort that has been recommended by tripadvisor

We walked to this hotel from our nearby hotel to check out the bar and restaurant facilities. The entrance seemed promising and there was security at the gate, but once inside this place is a joke. The blue bar is very blue (fluorescent lights) and seedy. No tonic, no orange juice available. However, drinks are reasonably priced. We then went to the restaurant - the staff couldn't speak English and just stared at us. The place was empty, it badly needs a total makeover. The bathrooms were vile -full of mosquitoes and very dirty. I'm not sure where the reviews of this hotel come from, but not our experience and I wouldn't advise staying here from what we experienced. Our tour driver later said that the company would not normally advise guests to go to this hotel.

The stay at saj earth resort was fine. Its a beautiful property with poor maintenance. The reception team was excellent. The check in and check out processes were swift and hassle-free, front office staff were friendly and professional. Especially Indraja. She have service skill is exceptional, really good at taking care of us and also she assisted throughout our stay. There were some negative sides, They have large pool but is not maintained well. The rooms were average and did not reflect the standards expected of a 5-star property. Rooms are having stain on floor, spider web on walls. Overall the resort main attraction were front office team and location only.

The ambience was awesome and the staffs where so friendly. A well maintained pool with direct access from the rooms where excellent.Gyms are equipped with descent number of machines.Overall the property is situated in a calm atmosphere without any noise disturbance.

We had a lovely stay with delicious food and warm, friendly staff. However, a little more attention to maintenance would make the experience even better. A special shoutout to Ms. Indra, for her fantastic suggestions that added a special touch to our Kerala trip. Her friendly and informative nature made a lasting impression. This is definitely a place to enjoy with family and friends!

it's a very dirty place. The room smells bad, the food is untrustworthy, the pool looks very dirty, the internet is poor, and the manager at the restaurant is constantly yelling at the waiters—so rude! The photos are incredible, but the place is old. The worst part was the rude manager at the restaurant. The gym is actually good but very dirty. Couple of staff very lovely, but the place need some love! Can be improved.

Just one and a half kilometres from the airport, a beautiful property. We had our room ,a very comfortable one, adjacent to the swimming pool. The water in the pool was perfect. Chef Biju was very kind, he took care of our food allergy. Overall, a wonderful stay.
