Excellent experience! Very beautiful property and fabulous staff. Try to stay in the Red Room if you can and enjoy the healthy breakfast. The resort is an easy stroll to the beach, restaurants and bars. It's also a short drive to the airport.

Allowed us an early check in following a flight from UK to Columbo. Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Very nice peaceful pool area. Very comfortable bed. Staff could not have been more helpful in recommending restaurants and massages. Definitely would stay again whilst waiting to start a tour of the country.

Except relaxing place. A beautiful suite with a huge nice bed. The room was fully equipped with all you need. Very nice and friendly staff. The breakfast was fantastic. A nice swimming pool. I definitely will come back to this paradise on earth.

Had a magnificent time at this resort. From the welcome to the departure, I was impressed with the attention to detail and incredible service from Damith and the whole team. If you want to get away from it all, this is the place to be. Tranquil, friendly and luxurious. Nothing is too much for the staff. Thanks for another wonderful stay.

We started a three week trip in Sri Lanka with four nights here and it was a great decision. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the rooms we had were immaculate and so spacious. The staff are beyond wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble and they are all truly warm and friendly people. Still have not had a better breakfast in Sri Lanka since we left! As it’s adults only it has a very chill vibe which was a perfect way to start a group trip with friends from all over the world. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

As previously noted this is an exceptional well maintained little oasis in Negombo .. secluded while very close to everything one would want on a vacation. Short taxi ride from the main airport .. the beach is a very short walk away, lots of very nice restaurants and bars nearby but the best part are the people that work there .. everything is done with a smile. I stayed for six days at the beginning of my vacation in the Pink Room .. very clean nice size with a balcony overlooking the pool. The breakfast was one of the best I had in Sri Lanka .. they also make a great Gin & Tonic 🤩. Looking forward to my next stay.

We have just left the Dickman Resort after staying for our 1st 2 nights in Sri Lanka. Originally, we weren't going to stay in Negombo, we were going to head straight to Kandy, but we didn't fancy a 2 1/2 hour transfer after 10hour flight. However, we are really pleased that we did. The Dickman Resort is a lovely (very small) hotel, very very clean, with large comfortable beds, a good shower and delicious breakfast. All the staff were really friendly and helpful, we would definitely recommend if you are looking to relax for a couple of days before exploring Sri Lanka - or at the end of your holiday if you want to be close to the Airport for your return home.

Very comfortable and very clean boutique hotel in Sri Lankan style, within short walk of beach, shops and restaurants. I was in the Purple Room, a large, well-equiped room with a comfortable big bed and great air-con. Great staff; very friendly and super attentive. Lovely pool and gardens. Let the staff book local trips rather than doing it online. I‘d definitely stay here again.
