Lovely hotel with great views over the beach. The rooms are fairly basic but for the price are great value and the beds are comfortable. Thanks for the stay, wouldn’t hesitate to stay again…

The room is okay, but the air conditioner is too noisy, and the heating and cooling are a bit abnormal. I have reported it to the hotel staff, and he said that it will be improved. This price is a good deal. It's just that the swimming pool is not suitable for children.

Stayed here for a night before heading to the South Beaches. We got there late and the staff were very friendly, stayed up while we enjoyed a few beers and had our comfortable rooms all ready for us. In the morning a nice traditional Sri Lankan roti breakfast and we were on our way. Great place for a short stay, the rooms are clean and cosy, staff are very friendly and accommodating. I recommend this place especially if you’re in Negombo and checking out the fish markets for a day.

We cannot praise this hotel highly enough. Staff are absolutely lovely, so smiley and helpful. We arrived at the hotel early after a long flight, and within about 45 minutes they had sorted us our room so that we could go and have a sleep. The hotel is in a great location, right on the beach and within walking distance of all the bars and restaurants. Money exchange place is also next door. Good breakfast, fresh fruit, a cooked breakfast with choice of eggs, and toast and jam, tea or coffee. Also has a great roof top bar to watch the sun go down. Lovely gardens, with a pool and loungers - towels provided. Sadly I had an accident while in Negombo - the staff could not do enough for me. Nothing was too much trouble. We had to stay on an extra night until our return flights could be arranged, but they kept us in the same room and looked after us completely until the moment the taxi arrived. I do not know the names of all of the staff, but from reception, maintenance, bar staff, breakfast staff and the Manager, they were all fantastic. Thank you everyone for making our stay so enjoyable - we will definitely be back to continue our trip.
