We are very happy with our choice! The mattresses are high-quality, we slept wonderfully after a long trip to Sri-Lanka. The terrace is simply our favorite spot!
Special thanks to the host for handling a non-standard situation: we originally booked 2 nights, but after the first night, our plans changed. We wanted to explore further into the island and then return to the same hotel 10 days later. The host was very accommodating: he seamlessly split our booking into two parts (the first night and the later night), which was extremely convenient and cost-effective for us. Moreover, he gave us excellent advice on the travel route around the island.
What can be improved: neighbour's dog was a little bit noisy in the evening.
We greatly appreciate the flexibility and hospitality! I definitely recommend this place.

SStace79Great place to stay. Staff were very good and helpful. The breakfast was good. Room size was spacious and it was great to have a choice of AC or calling fan. Great to having a working smart TB too. Choice of minibar options was perfect and at reasonable cost. Pool area was clean and well maintained. Would stay here again.

TTina333333The room was clean and tidy, with a balcony perfect for drying clothes. It had both air conditioning and a fan. The only thing was the bathroom was outside the room, but it was spacious and very clean. The host was really welcoming, helped us with our luggage, and even lent us a hairdryer. They kept saying to let them know if we needed anything.

GGuest UserIt suited its purpose to be close to the airport, but otherwise there is not much to do in the area neither in the hotel. I would not stay longer than necessary. The hotels facilities are basic, rooms a bit outdated, though gym is quite good. Pool is nice and breakfast tasty and good variety

GGuest UserWe initially booked this hotel for just one night before continuing our journey through Sri Lanka, but as soon as we stepped into the room, we immediately extended our stay for another night! 😊
We're traveling as a family with a 2-year-old child, so comfort and convenience are especially important to us. We received a very warm welcome upon arrival, and check-in was quick and smooth before we were shown to our room. From the first moment, it was clear—they truly care about their guests here.
The room turned out to be incredibly cozy and spacious: two separate bedrooms, and a private kitchen with a refrigerator—perfect for traveling with a toddler. The room has absolutely everything you need: toiletries, dishes, frying pans, a pot, and cutlery. We particularly appreciate the four air conditioners, which kept the room perfectly cool and comfortable on a hot day.
We had been traveling for a week and had accumulated a lot of laundry. The hotel staff kindly offered to wash our clothes for free, right there at the hotel. And when a drying issue arose, they quickly bought a floor drying rack for us, also completely free of charge! This level of care and customer focus is truly rare.
A huge thank you to the entire team for the warm welcome, assistance, and attention to detail! We will definitely be back on our way home ❤️

The staff was very kind even though I arrived in the middle of the night.
It was a very short stay, but the price was reasonable and large, and the room and bathroom were very beautiful.
I am satisfied. I want to use it again.

GGuest UserThe hotel rooms and service were excellent. Having a supermarket right across from the hotel was incredibly convenient. However, the airport pick-up service was a bit pricey (5000 rupees, including the wait at the airport). If you arrive during the day, taking an Uber would be much cheaper.

Ssuguru ishikawaThe pool was under renovation from July 11 to 25, so I understood that the significant discount was likely due to that.
The room was clean and generally comfortable, but the position of the air conditioner in the bedroom was not ideal — the cold air blew directly onto the bed, which made it very chilly while sleeping.
As for the location, the hotel is not directly on the beach but across a road from it. If you want to feel closer to the beach, staying at a beachfront hotel might be a better choice.
