The staff at the check-in counter was so nice to offer us a quiet room and with city view. Everything was tidy and neat. Only that if disposable slippers could be provided, it would be so much better because the floor is all carpet which seems yucky walking with barefoot.

When we arrived it was raining, we were confused about finding the lobby no signs. The room was quiet big. But everything ok.

I don't recommend it for small families(who have young kids).. i booked 2 bedrooms appartment and when i got there i got shoked for the bedroom how far were from each other , one bedroom upstairs and one down stairs , i don't understand how they do something like that, my kids had to sleep on the sofa bed because i won't leave them sleep that far from me. When i booked it i didn't know that and when i asked them if they can change the room for me they said that's only what we have we don't have 1 bedroom appartment only 2 , i don't understand how come hotel like this hotel only have 2 bedrooms apparment , how come if couples want to book a 1 bedroom apparmtent ??

The room is spacious and comfortable, but it is just above the garage entrance, and the shutter door is noisy at night. Everything else is good

The location is convenient, the carpet is dirty, we stayed for 3 nights and there was no daily housekeeping service

First of all, when we arrived at the hotel, they were already closed. This was the first time I heard that a four-star hotel would be closed at 6:00. After trying to contact them for a long time, they told us to call them ourselves. After we called, they had indeed left the room card in the password box at the door. That was fine, but the key point was the bed in the room. As soon as I slept on it, my whole family was allergic and itchy. I took a closer look at the sheets, which were all granular. I don't know if it was washed too many times or if no one had slept in it for too long. My personal suggestion is that if there are better options nearby, don't choose this one. The main reason is that I can't cancel it after booking it. I was so itchy that I almost died after sleeping on it.

The hotel is great. I booked a one-bedroom room with a sea view. The view and facilities in the room were perfect. The kitchen is big enough, with all the pots and pans available. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the nearby woolworth supermarket to buy some food and eat it yourself when you come back. It is very cost-effective. Red wine glasses and champagne glasses are provided. The bathroom is also very large and spacious. In addition, sitting on the balcony in the evening, blowing the sea breeze and drinking some wine, is full of petty bourgeoisie. I will choose this hotel again next time I come. It takes 3-5 minutes to drive to the pier for going out to sea, and the transportation is extremely convenient.

The room was generally okay, because there was no service and the trash cans in the corridor stunk. When I called to complain, the hotel service staff seemed to be underpaid. In short, the OKAS brand has a sense of arrogance and ineffectiveness in terms of management settings.
