We had a great stay! This is an older hotel that has been remodeled so there are some quirks. Our tv remote was not connected and they didn’t try to do it but showed us how to change the channel on the back of the tv, which was annoying. The gas alarm also went off in the middle of the night which they just came up and disconnected, which was a little disconcerting.
Other than that, the room and amenities were great!! Definitely luxury and we will be back for sure!

I think this property has potential, but they need to focus on cleaning the rooms better and having parking available near the hotel. The biggest setback for me was there was no parking within three blocks.

This hotel is cute and quaint. We arrived early and were hoping to check in but there were no staff on sight, it is a call buzzer to someone that is not location in hotel. We were told there was no flexibility to check in early. The room was clean, simple and fine for the price. The hottub on the rooftop was a lovely bonus, although you had to book in advance and there was only one staff member working who appeared to have to do many duties around the hotel. She was friendly and great, and booked us in last minute no problem. The parking is a few blocks away which isn't ideal, but was easy enough to head down to once checked in.

Fantastic simple room. Construction in area, came on weekend so it was quiet. Loved walking around town from hotel. Accident kept us from arriving at decent time, front waited for us. Would have loved to spend time up on the roof!

Great room and ambience, excellent service, quiet, fantastic room and bathroom…. Would give more stars if possible. On the edge of downtown, an easy walk to shops and restaurants, tourist information center, etc. Really happy we chose the Savoy for our Nelson stay.

Everything was fantastic, except having to park blocks away. Very inconvenient. Construction took over their parking lot, so not the fault of the hotel, but if I would have known would’ve stayed elsewhere.
