Reviews of Rutherford Hotel Nelson - A Heritage Hotel

Environment: Located in the city center, it is very convenient for sightseeing and eating around. Service: The staff is warm and thoughtful. Historical hotel, it should have a certain reputation in the local area. Air New Zealand flight attendants also stay in this hotel, and I also met other pilots when I came here.

Although the hotel is a bit old, the decoration style is British, the rooms are clean and the location is good.

I visited the hotel directly the day before to confirm the reservation, but the hotel said the reservation was not accepted. I think there was some mistake on Trip.com. It is hard to trust. I finally got in touch with the staff in Korea and they resolved it well. Thank you to that staff. My family was very satisfied with the hotel. The staff was friendly and the facilities were good. It was old, but not disappointing. I used the sauna in the hotel, and it was really nice for the first time in a long time.

I stayed in Nelson for a short time. The location is pretty good. There are NW supermarkets and gas stations nearby. The room is relatively old but the comfort is pretty good Worth staying
