Located a good place and all facilities were clean and nice. Just, no electric outlet was quite troublesome.

Excellent hotel, highly recommend!

The room was spacious and clean. There is a large market nearby, so it's nice to do some shopping and eat in the room. Parking is 500 yen.

The facilities are old, but it's fine if you just want to sleep. The walls are thin, so the snoring from the next room was loud. Still, the view of the sunrise from our east-facing room was amazing.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We decided to stay at a hotel with a restaurant as it would be difficult to find a place to eat in the freezing cold of Nemuro, but it was closed on Sunday. That couldn't be right... But the sushi restaurant nearby that they recommended was great, so it was fine.

Before checking in, I didn't have high expectations for this hotel. However, from agreeing to change my check-in date and the convenient check-in process, to the comfortable experience in my room and the wonderful dining experience, everything far exceeded my expectations, even though I paid some extra fees. I especially want to praise the quality of the dinner; the seafood sashimi was incredibly fresh. Moreover, the restaurant staff were extremely attentive; they wore gloves and carefully wiped each glass with a dry cloth to ensure there wasn't a single watermark or fingerprint. Considering the overall experience and the room price, the service and facilities here were practically perfect; I couldn't find a single fault!

Generally speaking, nothing special.

This was my first time staying here. There are no major chain business hotels in Nemuro so I was unsure, but I chose it because there was a 7-Eleven and a famous conveyor belt sushi restaurant nearby. The room was small and the step around the bathroom was high, so I think it is an old hotel, but the wallpaper has been updated and the lack of electrical outlets was made do with a three-prong extension cord. There were no major issues with cleaning, but it was unfortunate that the towels had been dyed a dark blue beforehand. I think this is because it takes a lot of effort to keep them white, but they didn't look very clean, so I used my own face towel.

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip to Nemuro City. It is located about 7-8 minutes walk from Nemuro Station, and there is a Seven-Eleven and Nemuro Hanamaru near the hotel. The bus between Nakashibetsu Airport and Nemuro stops at the bus stop right in front of the hotel, so this is also convenient. There were several staff members at the front desk, and they were very polite, so I was able to check in comfortably. The hotel facilities are old in places, but they are well maintained. This time, I was assigned a deluxe twin room on the 9th floor. It has been partially renovated, and it is old in places, but it is well maintained. The air conditioning in the room worked well, so I never felt cold. There was an air conditioning switch on the wall, and it looked like it could be adjusted for each room. The bathroom was spacious with a washing area. The water pressure seemed a little weak, and it took a while to fill the bathtub with hot water. LAN cables and cable taps are provided as equipment. The wifi environment was not bad, but I was able to work on my PC smoothly using the LAN cable. There were few outlets around the desk, so I used a cable tap. There doesn't appear to be any electrical outlets around the bed, so I'd like to see them consider installing some. You can watch online broadcasts such as YouTube on the TV. Other facilities include a microwave in the vending machine corner on the first floor, but no ice maker. The hotel's restaurant, Kowa, is open every morning for breakfast, but not for lunch, and has irregular dinner holidays, so please check before using. There is no room service, but you can get takeout from the restaurant menu. This time, I checked out early in the morning, so my stay was short, but next time I'd like to stay longer.

Parking The parking lot in front of the hotel was full, so we had to use the second parking lot, which was on the other side of the road and was easier to park in. Front desk The lobby somehow reminded me of a golf club from the Showa era. It seems that a portable shrine is usually displayed here, but since it was being rented out during the festival, the case was empty. The front desk staff were very polite. Room A twin room with no meals. The facilities are not new, but very clean. When you first enter the room, the desk drawers are slightly open so that you can see the equipment at a glance, and the nightwear is placed on the bed, which I thought was kind and saved me the trouble of having to look for it myself. Bathroom There is a bathroom with a washing area separate from the toilet and washroom, which is convenient. I didn't use it, but the bathtub is deep, typical of Hokkaido. There is a step to the bathroom and no handrails, so you need to be a little careful. Other: - You could see Kunashiri Island from the balcony of your room early in the morning. - Although the temperature is lower than Honshu, it was very humid when we visited, so it was very hot, so it was helpful to have air conditioning. We decided on a popular sushi restaurant nearby for dinner, so we casually booked this place, but it was surprisingly comfortable. The facilities seem old, but I think they're well-maintained.
