Complementary breakfast could’ve been a little better than what they offered 

Hotel charged me twice. I paid when I booked using trip.com and when I left the hotel they charged my card again.

Place was clean staff very friendly and breakfast was great.

Hotel was clean, 10 mins from beach and in a great location. Will visit again!

Was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. They were working directly under our room at 8am on a sunday. Hammering and power tools and then the fire alarm went off and was told by the people in the hallway we had to evacuate. Was just a horrible morning. Consumers appreciate the fact that you want to improve your facility but please be mindful of your guests staying there especially on a weekend. The reason why we even stayed over night was to have a good nights rest after along Saturday evening. So it really was horrible to be woken up to banging and power tools when all I wanted was a good nights rest.

The breakfast was okay. They had issues with the juice machine and a couple of us had a sore stomach after breakfast. The parking lot fwlt very safe.

Was welcomed the moment we stepped into the lobby. Fast and friendly check in and check out. Room and rest of hotel extremely clean and well maintained. Will defiantly return.

In general Everyone was amazing I love breakfast manu many choices that I love it. Also everything was super clean

Desk staff was very friendly. My daughter had dance competition that weekend and i checked in late that night it was clean and quiet loved it. Next morning breakfast was decent just wish they had yogurt but everything else was fine. They had pancakes, bacon, sausage, eggs, fruit, cereal, and cinnamon rolls. Check out was a breeze.
