Dear Trip.com Customer Support, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a recent booking I made through your platform. The reservation amount displayed during the booking process was approximately ₪700, which I understood to be the total cost. However, upon arrival at the hotel, I was charged ₪980 – a significant discrepancy of ₪280. It turns out that additional taxes or fees were added at the property, despite no clear indication of this during the booking process on your site. This is misleading and unacceptable. The total amount shown at checkout should reflect the final amount to be paid – not a partial figure that causes surprise charges upon check-in. Stay in Netanya at the Leonardo Room was clean throughout our stay. Nothing too much for staff at hotel. Dealt with all our requests extra towels, extra chair etc all with a smile and polite

Looking over the ‘town square’ was enjoyable to watch all the activity. If you are a very light sleeper the evening revelry might be a bit loud at times.
