Nice hotel The hotel was very clean and the staff was very kind. The location is not far from both the train station and the downtown (almost middle of the slope between the station and the downtown). The breakfast was not gorgeous but sufficiently good for me. Only the problem was no AC. The room was quite hot during my stay.

Hôtel très propre, personnel sympathique toujours prêt à vous renseigner ou vous aider. Les chambres sont très bien. On y trouve tout ce qu’il faut. La mienne a une petite kitchenette (ça peut être pratique 😉). Proche du lac, du château, des rues piétonne de la gare et des lignes de bus. Nickel pour visiter Neuchatel!

Chambre récemment rénovée, bien équipée. Bonne literie. Ma chambre ne donnait pas sur la rue. Ai pu dormir les fenêtres ouvertes au calme. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour un hôtel en centre ville et proche du château. Petit déjeuner peu intéressant.
