Excellent location hotel staff very friendly

The staff are very friendly and it's a safe hotel to stay at. They also have a lot of information about the neighborhood, which was very helpful. There are lots of places to eat nearby, and the location is great. I'd love to stay here again if I come to Paris. Thank you Hotel Paris Neuilly

The location and food are the best. They clean well. The subway and bus are close, and especially, there are two large elevators, so it is very convenient.

The hotel is very exquisite. It has a history of more than 100 years. It is located in a very important subway station in Paris. At the same time, this area is the 16th district of Paris, which is also a very expensive area.

Very good environment

Stayed one night and it was very comfortable. It's very warm, and it's very convenient to have a free minibar. The house is well equipped and clean. The breakfast buffet in the morning was delicious. The location is very safe, and it is very fast to enter Little Paris. In short, I highly recommend this hotel! It is very convenient to communicate in English throughout the whole process, and I will consider booking this hotel next time I need it!

The location of this hotel is good- close to the metro but if you are not a fan of construction- maybe don’t go at the moment as there are major roadworks happening outside. You couldn’t hear this in the hotel though so we weren’t too bothered. One thing I wasn’t keen on was that the hotel had already taken full payment as a “deposit” and I couldn’t get this refunded until we had paid again and left. So be aware you will need the funds to pay twice and then you will be refunded one of the payments a few hours after you leave. The room was nice and comfortable. Tea and coffee was instant and the tv didn’t have smart tv linkup options but apart from that the room was nice. Breakfast was rubbish- not worth the cost. There’s a nice little cafe next to the hotel with plenty of breakfast choices- we preferred going there. Overall comfortable stay and nice boutique decor but some things lacking to make it get a full rating.

Excellence begins at the reception desk. Gloria was so welcoming and assured. My room was a basic version, view of roadworks outside. Really comfortable. An iron and board were provided on request. Hair dryer, safe, coffee, kettle and a complimentary carafe of refillable water all present. Bathroom amenities shower gel etc. TV has BBC news, CNN and Al Jazeera in English. And Bluey! Room service is ordered via a QR code; it comes hot in glass jars with crockery to decant the contents. What I had was delicious. Breakfast can be ordered through room service. There is a really nice breakfast buffet on the 1st floor. The self service water fountain is there too, still or sparkling. I had had issues when initially booking with an independent online agency. Long story not for here but put simply my account with them was hacked! I spoke to the manager, Sylvia, and she was very understanding and supportive. Any staff I encountered during my weekend were so friendly. I was really happy to feed back to them how lovely I thought the decor was. The hotel location is on métro line 1. This line connects you to just about everywhere in Paris and yet the hotel is located in a relatively quiet and pleasant neighbourhood. There are restaurants nearby. Can not recommend this hotel highly enough.

We stayed for one night! The receptionists were very friendly, open and welcoming! Our room was a double bed. Clean and comfortable. The metro station is just 1 min away! Definitely recommended

Me and my partner have stayed at the Paris Neuilly on numerous occasions when visiting Paris for the Prix de larc deTriomphe at Longchamp. The hotel is good and the location is ideal. Its 200m from the Metro station and there are lots of nice places to eat nearby
