Seriously, this is an outstanding hotel. It took me a while to choose this place, and while the price was on the higher side, it was absolutely worth every penny. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the room environment was beautiful. The observation deck offers breathtaking views. It's located on a hill in Uchisar, a town that's delightfully removed from the hustle and bustle of Goreme. You can reach Uchisar Castle, the highest point in Cappadocia, with just a five-minute walk. The hotel breakfast was quite good, but the real highlight was enjoying it with such a magnificent view. The hotel can also help you book various local services. We booked a Turkish Night with dinner, as well as a taxi. Both were fantastic experiences – the Turkish Night was 2000 Lira per person, and the round-trip taxi was 850 Lira.

The room was incredibly spacious, featuring a private hot spring pool and a sauna, which was a fantastic bonus. The view from the front desk was also stunning. The hotel staff provided excellent service. It's a perfect spot for families, friends, or those traveling with children. You can even contact the hotel in advance to arrange airport pick-up and drop-off.

The hotel is located in the quiet town of Uçhisar, which is much calmer than Göreme, and very close to Uçhisar Castle. The staff were very welcoming and upgraded our room upon check-in. The breakfast was generous, with different surprises every day. The owner is very proficient with WeChat and will reconfirm hot air balloon bookings and airport transfers via the app, so those who are not fluent in English or are a bit shy can book with confidence.

The hotel is located high up in the town, offering a great view of Cappadocia's unique landscape. The surroundings are beautiful, and you can see hot air balloons and the sunrise in the morning. The hotel proactively contacted us via WeChat before our arrival and stayed in touch throughout our journey. Our flight didn't land until 11:30 PM, but the front desk attendant patiently waited for us and even helped with our luggage – very professional! The cave room was spacious and very clean, and it wasn't stuffy like I had imagined. We stayed for two nights, and the bedding was comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful; even though there were some items we weren't used to, it was clear they put in a lot of effort. On the second day, they even made Chinese noodles, which was a thoughtful touch and very welcoming to Chinese guests. Our flight back to Istanbul was at 10 PM, and it was quite cold during the day. The hotel not only allowed us to play cards in the lobby but also provided complimentary tea and coffee. We're very grateful for their excellent service. Highly recommended!

The room was spacious and very clean. The manager here was incredibly friendly and helpful; they even added me on WeChat and were super proficient with translation. They helped us arrange an airport pickup, and on our check-out day, it was pouring rain, so we ended up staying from 2 PM until 7 PM. Haha, the manager kept bringing us tea and even made us delicious coffee. Getting to Göreme by taxi was 280 Lira, which was very convenient, and the bathtub in the room was also huge. Overall, a really great experience, highly recommended! 😀

This hotel's service was exceptional. They even gave us black tea and mineral water when we checked out. The observation deck offers panoramic views, and the scenery is stunning. We didn't get to see the hot air balloons this time, but I'll definitely stay here again with friends on our next visit. Highly recommended!

We stayed at their best suite and everything was wonderful! We really enjoyed the private pool and sauna. The breakfast was also very delicious in very luxurious Turkish style. It was easy to park in front of the hotel with a rental car too. We would definitely choose to stay at Karlık Cave Suite next time we come back to Cappadocia!

It has been a wonderful stay, all staffs here are amazing, great hospitality, friendly, attentive. The place look exactly like photos, great location, clean, comfortable, even you have nothing to do in the city just hang in the hotel terrace is good and relaxing with a great view. Definitely five stars hotel service! I also like the quietness within and around the hotel even just 5 mins walk from the castle. Breakfast was wonderful as well, great selection, long hours, taste good.

Good experience. Wonderful evening views of the valley. Definitely worth experiencing this place if you factor in a windless day and very close to Uchisar Kalesi

Absolutely stunning! We stayed at a fantastic hotel that offered incredible value for money. It's a perfect spot for photography, and our suite was wonderfully spacious and full of character. We're beyond satisfied – truly perfect!

Excellent service, staff, location, and hotel. I came here by myself and the staff helped me with everything including transportation and even organised me a breakfast when i had to leave at 5am. Definitely reccomend this hotel
