Hampton Inn & Suites New Braunfels

Service was excellent. Staff very friendly. Very clean property. I would go back.

The overnight front desk person was extremely helpful in getting us checked in even past the check in time. She was extremely friendly and kind.

Upon arrival, I noticed a small roach near the microwave. Later, I saw another one in the gym. After returning from the event and going to sleep, I was woken up in the middle of the night by a large roach that was on my face. I spoke with hotel management, showed them photos, and they also observed a dead roach. They advised me to contact ********** directly since the reservation was made through them. I contacted **********, and they confirmed the pest issue. I ended up leaving the hotel after midnight.

Paula, the wonderful lady at the front desk was so helpful and pleasant. We were greeted wonderfully every time we seen her. Give her a RAISE!
