Great hotel very clean and personal was great

Just no. Old, gross, not fully clean, lacking in upgrades, blood on comforter… but nice front desk attendant. Place felt like a ****** hotel.

Right away I noticed construction worker cars in the parking lot and workers staying inside. I saw no families. I asked Tiffany at the front desk and she did tell me most people who stay are construction workers. From the outside it looks nice. Inside is dated. Staff is nice. Can’t comment on breakfast or pool area.

The lady up front asked me how many I had in my group, I said 2. she said any pets or kids. I believe I said 2.

The hotel was located in a good area. Checking it at 11pm at night, it was quiet and peaceful. Traveling alone with my daughter it felt safe. The rooms were clean but not updated. The bathrooms had mounted shampoo/conditioner/bodywash available. At 7:45am we went down to breakfast and there was not much to choose from. At the time we went, apart from the waffle machine there were bagels and dried cereal but not really much else.

The staff was very nice and accommodating!!!!! The quality of the room was lacking a bit, paint peeling on walls cracks in walls, just needs a little make over and this place would be good for the price, but overall, anytime im in the area I will definitely book here again.

Good value for the price. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was as expected for continental format. The location was excellent if staying in New Braunfels.

The hotel had some issues in the halls and in the bathroom. We paid way too much for the way it looked and smells.

The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly. The room was clean. I asked for a regular room and not handicap and got a handicap room. The room could have used a sofa with the amount of space it had instead of a single chair.
