Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham New Braunfels

Two beds queen is what we got and the table was under TV. Which I would had prefer a small round table to sit at to read and write . It was ok for me needs . We only stayed two nights. The staff was very nice .breakfast had hard boiled eggs,sausage gravy and biscuits, waffle machine, a lot of carbs. Coffee and juice ceral

This is an older hotel, but it is kept up fairly well. Some of the things like the televisions and telephones in the rooms are dated, and may not work, but it’s a bed, a continental breakfast and a hot shower for a decent price.

Doors that connect rooms are not sufficiently insulated so you can hear everything going on on the room next door.

It smelled like dead animal in parking lot, 3 days in a row that made my car stink, manager was rude, the room had multiple different bad smells depending on day, the (free) breakfast had no meat

Room was clean. Maybe a bit too much air freshener. Staff was helpful, when needed. Waffles made breakfast satisfactory, however they had biscuits and gravy, with hard biscuits and super thick gravy. Again, waffles cover a multitude of sins. Coffee was hot and caffeinated!

The hotel was exactly as I expected and as mentioned on *******. Great value for money.

As always great stay. I always stay here when in town. close to everything and staff is amazing!!

television had to be re-attached to the wall while i was there. the a/c unit was hard to reach (below a shelf). the window coverings did not completely cover the windows. the breakfast was mediocre, needs variety of eggs and meat.

Let them know the heater wasn’t working in the room and asked if they could check it. They never did. The front desk lady in the morning was rude. They knew the dryer upstairs wasn’t working but didn’t put a sign up. Wasted 6$ instead of the 2 required.
