The place is not perfect and needs better attention to basic maintenance and amenities. There was no hand soap or shampoo in the bathroom, and I had to ask for them. The bathroom light was broken and not working, and although I reported it, there was no response. Also, the bathtub was clogged. Overall, these issues made the stay less comfortable than expected. I hope the management pays more attention to maintenance and responds more promptly to guests’ requests.

A very pleasant stay overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, and the facilities were good. There is still some room for improvement in a few areas, but overall it was a positive experience and I would consider staying here again.

Unsanitary conditions and rudeness. It became terrible, the hotel became dirty, all the walls were stained, the bed linen had holes or dirty seams, the guys who work there are lazy and arrogant, one even hit me on the arm when I tried to take pictures of dirty laundry. There is never anyone at the reception. Even the batteries on the remote controls from the air conditioners can't. Cockroaches appeared. There is no iron, hot water is only in the kettle on the 1st floor. If the management had been smarter, they would have just fired all the Employees, washed the laundry, replaced the laundry and everything would have been fine again, normal employees would have put things in order, but now it's just terrible.

Great staff clean environment, really worth the price, good location I stayed almost one month and i enjoyed it , there is kitchen and fridge to keep your staff , i enjoyed the time there
