This is not our number. This is they show us another building when I went there and they say oh because you have to pay anotherlocal tax there was asking around Rs.18,000 and when I booked it was all paid tax and services in the room they were showing online. They say all this is very old. We don’t have this kind of worms. There was a not even single star. The smell of staircase was smelling. There was no lift when I was booking them was showing there was a lift there was showing the room size, but there was nothing like the one they was showing on there website they didn’t give me wrong. They didn’t have wrong. There was take me to another property that was not the same company there was different was not even single Star there was no heating no air-conditioning no Wi-Fi and there was very ignored. They don’t even care and there was so many people they was arguing with this management on the front desk and I would like to see trip. I need my money back and come. I need a compensation of my travelling by. trip.com I need Trip.com to confirm this Hotel and I need my money back of this time Travel

Really disappointed! Yes, it is a budget stay but a lot of red flags. As soon as I arrived, I was asked to pay an additional “600 Rs City Tax”. Upon asking why is this not mentioned on this platform where taxes are all inclusive, he goes ahead and shows the booking conditions of a different platform. Room smelled like cigarette smoke as soon as I entered, the helper said that it will go away. Not good. Bed sheets stained. Hair all over the room. No basic hygiene.

It was a pleasant and satisfying experience. Nowadays whenever I bother about this place, one thing troubles me a lot and that is fake hotels and their fake reviews. After booking we do not know whether the hotel we are going to is a hotel or not because there is a lot of difference between their name and the name of the hotel on reaching there. Luckily this time I booked this hotel and I got exactly what they had shown on the website. Which is a bit difficult to get at this location. It is an average budget hotel where you get everything you need arranged properly and at the right time. There are less options for breakfast because I feel that it needs some improvement. I stayed for one night and my experience was satisfactory. I hope that if I ever come to Delhi again, I will try my best to stay in this hotel.Because it is difficult to include such facilities and amenities in this budget.
