My Wife & I Had A Chance Of Emergency Stay For A Night Of 16 September.. This Is One Of The Worse Hotels We Have Ever Stayed At... The Intercom Was Out Of Order & Wasn't Working... The Bed Linen Was Dirty... The Blanket Had Foul Smell... The Bathroom Mirror Was Broken... The Toilet Jet Was Broken... The Ceiling Fan Regulator Was Not Working...The Towel Was Dirty... And The Cherry On The Cake Was The Worst, Tasteless & Costly Food.... Horribly Memorable Stay...

This is the worst hotel ever. I booked through *********** and on arrival was told by the reception staff that I'd have to pay more money because I'd got too good a rate! I refused and stood firm and he eventually gave up but said I wouldn't be getting my upgrade or breakfast. This hotel is disgustingly dirty and I would not want my dog to sleep here. The staff and rude and aggressive. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE. The area is also horrible and unsafe.

We have been travelling a lot - but NEVER, EVER, seen something like this. The staff was not serviceminded. The receptionist changed prices during a talk! Higher and higher price. The room was prepaid by ***********. We hade a few hours to sleep before our flight was leaving! Our 3 rooms was in bad condition, very dirty. The bathroom had no window it was a broken steel net, which gave a lot of flying small black things! All over the place. In the beds it was a lot of small biting creature! We were not able to get any sleep! Every bookingsite has to look at this it is awful!!!

Bakwas hotel and fraud staff. Booked through Oyo app and made payment also. At the time of check-in, the receptionist asked me to pay 199 more. Smelly bathroom, Bedbugs in bed. Horrible experience.. Never recommend guests to book this hotel.
